As part of the succession of the very successful Portuguese company Aquinos Bedding Netherlands B.V., we have been exclusively commissioned to fill this position at the mattress production site in Kesteren/NL with a motivated personality with proven management qualities.
This is where you take the helm as an experienced GM Operations. “Efficient management and continuous optimization to make production even more efficient in the future while complying with all safety aspects.”

Your profile - the required expertise
We look forward to talking to an entrepreneurial and operationally strong personality
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Extensive experience in production management with deep knowledge of supply chain, quality, EHS and continuous improvement (lean management)
- Experience in the manufacturing of industrially produced consumer goods
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance with regulations involving hazardous substances (knowledge of Seveso regulations)
- Experience in leading change processes and driving continuous improvement
- Business fluent in English
