Our client, Ypsomed AG, continues to expand its position as the world's leading independent developer and manufacturer of injection systems for the self-administration of liquid medications under the umbrella brand Ypsomed Delivery Systems such as the Diabetes Care division.
For the location in Burgdorf we are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Test Engineer Embedded Systems.
You will actively shape tests and the test landscape, making targeted use of your knowledge of various test methods and making a decisive contribution to the realignment of the product. You can contribute your flair for innovation and manage to achieve maximum customer benefit through your very good understanding of technology. You will have the opportunity to contribute and develop in a positive and creative work environment.
- You will design the software test strategy and the test concepts incl. test scripts
- You define the basic quality goals in the team
- In coordination with the product owner and the development team, you define the concrete test framework conditions
- You analyze and optimize the current test environment on an ongoing basis
- In-depth test knowledge with a focus on risk, test organization and test design
- Software test experience and development of embedded devices with microcontrollers
- Experience in test automation (TPT, Cucumber, Lauterbach Tracer etc.)
- Knows the terminology of testing ISTQB, ISO, CAS and standards like IEC62304, GAMP
- English written and spoken, German an advantage
