With production facilities in Switzerland and China and sales offices in various markets, Brugg Cables offers high-quality products as well as customised solutions, systems and services. Brugg Cables employs around 450 people and generates annual sales of CHF 200 million. Brugg Cables continues to grow and is therefore looking for a committed personality as Legal, Risk and Compliance Manager to strengthen the team in Brugg.
- Point of contact for all legal matters and project-specific insurance issues of the company
- Control of legal and ethical guidelines and observance of compliance
- Independently identify and assess operational risks, record and analyze incidents, deviations and plan actions and follow-up measures
- Review contracts, including sales and supplier contracts, examine confidentiality and licensing agreements, and oversee purchasing terms and general business terms and conditions
- Support Project Management in financial project evaluation and Sales Department in processing decisions on new or existing business relationships
- Handling of claims in cooperation with customers and insurance companies
- Contact person for audits in the areas of legal, risk and compliance management
- Conducting trainings in the area of compliance
- Preparation of project, legal and insurance case reports
- University or technical college degree in legal, risk, compliance management or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry and project management
- Distinct analytical understanding and goal-oriented way of working
- Independent work and team player mentality
- Business fluent in German and English
