Our client has been specialising in the design and construction of cast resin transformers for more than 35 years. As a part of a group of companies and with two business locations of its own, our client is active around the globe. For our client’s business location in Arezzo, Italy, we are looking for a Finance & Administration Director.
You will be responsible for establishing and implementing efficient and effective processes for financial forecasting, reporting, liquidity and cash flow planning, budgeting and controlling. Your main activities include:
• Monitoring of all aspects relating to the organization’s finance & accounting functions
• Supervision of the organization’s HR and IT functions
• Establishment and execution of efficient and effective processes for financial forecasting, reporting, liquidity and cash flow planning, budgeting and controlling
• Timely reporting of financial results
• Implementation of all functional group standards in your area of responsibility
• Ensuring the company complies fully with legal and regulatory requirements
• Establishment and monitoring of reliable internal control systems
• Increasing and improvement of the company’s profitability and efficiency
• Evaluation, application and monitoring of investments projects
• Leadership and development of the Finance & Administration team
• Ensuring close and constructive cooperation with banks and other financial institutions
You already have several years of experience in a similar position in an international business environment (manufacturing industry). In addition, you have the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree in finance & accounting or in business administration
• Finance & accounting expert with basic HR skills including Italian labour law and preferably also experience in dealing with unions
• Highly proficient in English
• Leadership skills and experience
• All-rounder with good conceptual skills
• Proven social competence
• Team and result orientation
• High reliability and flexibility
